Running The Race While I Wait.

Being on The Other Side of The Ag Shop as a Future Ag Teacher becomes hard to even think about or even  imagine but my Thoughts are a little part  of A Future Ag Teachers Life So I Guess here it goes…

“No road is to long when your dreams are big and the sky is not your limit” ~

Teaching Agriculture To The Next Genration and the Growing Population Hasnt always Been Somthing i even thought that I Could Even Do Due To Being Diffrently abled But I Was Completely Wrong. “Everyone is different and unique and that’s what makes people who they are individually “So When life gets you down you Just Have to keep On Pushing Past the obstacle “You dont how tough you can be untill its your only Choice to get through Obstalces”
My dream isn’t practical
Practically isn’t a bad thing. I think many times in life we need to be practical. We don’t want to live with complete reckless abandon.
The problem with practicality however, is that it’s a cookie cutter way to live most of the time. Many people choose practicality over passion and purpose.

James 1:17 says, “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.”

I wonder what good and perfect gift He has in mind for you.

But fortunately for all of us, you can respond to Him no matter where you are. Will you let your hands do the responding?
Palms up means you have nothing to hide and nothing to gain or lose. Palms up means you are strong enough to be vulnerable, even with your enemies. Even when you have been tremendously wronged. Jesus was palms up to the end.” Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. Matthew 7:7

“when we have love in our hearts, we live palms up.”

“Living Palms Up” is a choice and a commitment, regardless of the situation you are in, to live to serve people around you.

“When we live Palms Up and start being okay with those things that happen in our life that we really don’t like, we find ourselves in a position in the future to be there for those people who truly need us,

“The position of your hands reflects the position of your heart”  I used to be afraid of failing at something that really mattered to me, but now I’m more afraid of succeeding at things that don’t matter. Failure is just part of the process, and it’s not just okay; it’s better than okay. God doesn’t want failure to shut us down. God didn’t make it a three-strikes-and-you’re-out sort of thing. It’s more about how God helps us dust ourselves off so we can swing for the fences again. And all of this without keeping a meticulous record of our screw-ups.Living a life fully engaged and full of whimsy and the kind of things that love does is something most people plan to do, but along the way they just kind of forget. Their dreams become one of those “we’ll go there next time” deferrals. The sad thing is, for many there is no “next time” because passing on the chance to cross over is an overall attitude toward life rather than a single decision.

Never let anyone tell you that you are not good enough, never let anyone tell you that your passion is ill guided because “Through Him all things are possible.” Fight through your challenges and your obstacles because they can only slow you down if you let it
“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” – Winston Churchill.

Now How do we follow our Heart when the Compass Points you to a direction you didn’t want to go but maybe it was a Great Adventure with a million Detours a million Obstacles but there is Something Bigger a great Adventure leads to a Better understanding of why God put this Dream in your Heart. To be honest I didn’t ever learn how to Give up even Through Trails and  Obstacles I had to face them with the Determination to be An Inspiration and to live my life the best way I possibly could. I Had to learn to do many Different things in a different way that worked out for me , Yes I was unsuccessful in the many Different Attempts to do something the way my Friends did but even though I was Unsuccessful in this particular case I Chose to do it in my own time and my Own way. You See I Was born 24 and A Half weeks early and only weighed One pound and seven ounces. But from that tiny little Baby Girl I used to be I have Grown up. Yes I was made fun of a few times probably more than I can count in My Early childhood but from that point on I decided that Those people who used to pick on me Didn’t know what they were missing.  I’m Sure I tried my hardest to get them to Understand why I was Different and I will say that I was just not as good at Trying to Get the Point across  But its been a bumpy road but I wouldn’t have Trade it for Anything else through the hard times Countless Tears of Joy and Sadness but that’s why I Joined FFA  not knowing what to do but after I  oppend  the Door with A FFA Emblem on the outside of it where it still is till This Day I Really Knew that I was Following my Heart and to my surprise I was elected to my First Chapter Office my Sophomore year and was elected to my Second Chapter Office my Junior year also and to say the least of a thousand words, I Would have to say Go for it and you will be Surprised when you Follow your Heart even through it was from the Nervous Feelings everyone feels every now and Again its Completely understandable when you follow your heart you maybe Unsuccessful in a few areas of your life but you won’t be as long as you Follow your Heart because it will lead you to the Right Direction every time. Follow your Heart in everything it  Has Better directions than any old Compass Ever would. So will you follow your heart or will you follow the Compass?
Don’t be concerned with the compass the world gave you; follow the compass in your heart for it was put there by GOD
Less ego. More heart.”

The fact that you are feeling what you are feeling now is a sign that you are heading in the right direction, because “negative” feelings will always be there to greet you when you embark on a path worth traveling.

Always remember that.

How to Follow Your Heart

I can’t give you the exact steps for following your heart, because your signals will differ from mine, but what I can do is share what my experiences have been.

Most people overlook messages from their heart because they are looking in the wrong direction. If you focus on the grass on the ground, you will miss the birds above.

Keep your eyes open and your focus wide, because you never know where your heart will nudge you.

“You must understand that Ever since the beginning to keep the world spinning it takes all kinds of  Leaders to make a difference and leave an everlasting impact it takes you that passionate person to  shine their greatness and leave An everlasting impact Expect nothing, be greatfull for everything and anything ~  “Adventure is out there you just have to Go out on a limb to Find it ”
Don’t cry because it’s over. Smile because it happened   ” You may outgrow the Jacket but you will never Outgrow the Experience”
You see  dreaming with a broken heart doesn’t always work giving up is easily accepted but giving up Is not worth the risk” ~ “Enjoy your FFA years They are the best!!! And most importantly, find out who you are without your FFA jacket One day, both of and all FFA members will get out of the jacket Also be prepared for the outcome” :”Expect nothing, be great full for everything” “Never think that what you have to offer is insignificant. There will always be someone out there that needs to hear of your struggles god always leads us where we need to be, not where we want to be”
Great people do things before they’re ready. They do things before they know they can do it. Doing what you’re afraid of, getting out of your comfort zone, taking risks like that- that’s what life is. You might be really good. You might find out something about yourself that’s really special and if you’re not good, who cares? You tried something. Now you know something about yourself.”

 Proverbs 24:10-17

If you faint in the day of adversity, your strength is small. Rescue those who are being taken away to death; hold back those who are stumbling to the slaughter. If you say, “Behold, we did not know this,” does not he who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who keeps watch over your soul know it, and will he not repay man according to his work? My son, eat honey, for it is good, and the drippings of the honeycomb are sweet to your taste. Know that wisdom is such to your soul; if you find it, there will be a future, and your hope will not be cut off.

Before to much longer i will be offically get to say these few but impowerful and impactful words.. Here by the owl.” “Why stationed by the owl.” The owl is a time-honored emblem of knowledge and wisdom. Being older than the rest of you, I am asked to advise you from time to time, as the need arises. I hope that my advice will always be based on true knowledge and ripened with wisdom.

An Open letter to the Broken girl

Dear Broken Girl ,Why is it so hard for  you to wait?  I don’t like to wait because we feel like if i do, the bridge is going to collapse.   But I have learned that is a different kind of  weight!  We forget to have faith and wait and let God do the heavy lifting of that weight.   We live in a society of microwave miracles and expect things to happen fast and now!  Just like in the weight loss industry, we all just want a pill to take and don’t want to spend the months of hard work that it really takes to get into shape.    I could really go on and on about this!

Waiting on God is coming into His presence to be with Him and not just for what He can do or what we want Him to do for us.  It is just like we cannot wait to be with Him.  If you stop waiting on Him, you stop loving Him with your first love.

John 15:15 “I am the vine, you are the branches.  Abide in Me and I will abide in you; you shall bear much fruit.  Without Me you can do nothing.”
Waiting on God is to hear Him, to receive His plans and purposes for our lives.  God has a perfect plan for our lives, but because we don’t wait on Him, listen for His voice, His wisdom, His direction, we go off in our own direction and then blame God for the mess we are in.  It is like when you are a child and your parents are constantly trying to tell you what to do to prevent you from having pain or trouble.  Sometimes we listen and follow, sometimes we don’t and face the consequences.  Sometimes the wait can be so long!

Isaiah 40:31 “But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.”Months ago  Turned in my State Officer Candaite Appllcation  I was very anxious  not knowing what direction to go Trying to Trust His Plan for my Life As i Ran For A State FFA Office 4 months ago. I made the choice to wait on the Lord and hear his Voice  I have renewed my strength and am not weary and am walking in faith!  Already God’s plan is becoming more and more clear and it is practically falling in my lap!  God is so good!  Why do we have to make it so hard on ourselves!

with someone who is simply waiting for opportunity or making sure everything is perfect before you proceed. I’m not encouraging you to wait because you’re afraid or you’re stuck. I’m thinking about the need to wait for things that are significant. I am talking about those moments when the best decision is not yet. When you realize that the best path toward a great decision can only be accomplished by walking through the desert of waiting (or as Sarah Doudney puts it, “The waiting time, my brothers, is the hardest time of all.”)

How should we handle this type of waiting? We can fight against it or we can do something productive with it.

When you are waiting for a train, don’t keep perpetually looking to see if it is coming. The time of its arrival is the business of the conductor, not yours. It will not come any sooner for all your nervous glances and your impatient pacing, and you will save strength if you will keep quiet. After we discover that the people who sit still on a long railroad journey reach that journey’s end at precisely the same time as those who “fuss” continually, we have a valuable piece of information which we should not fail to put to practical use.

There is something worthwhile to this idea of waiting when waiting is required. If we struggle too hard in the waiting, we may miss those moments that lead to THE moment we’re waiting for. While there are BIG moments out there, life is made up of billions of tiny moments. The tiny moments rarely show up in the movies. Most of the films I watch have dramatic twists and turns that lead to the climactic moment…the big prize. Yet for me, waiting is a part of my story. And I don’t want to waste those moments.

If you’re in the middle of a season of waiting, I would encourage you to make the most of that time in the following ways:

1. Accept that waiting is part of the journey.

It doesn’t really matter if you like waiting or not. It’s part of life. When you accept that you empower yourself to better handle it. Too many people “fuss” in the midst of the waiting, or they worry, or they give up. The good news is that you and I don’t have to wait forever. Waiting is just a part of the journey that leads to the thing we want or desire. Waiting means there is a decision, a destination, or a destiny worth waiting for.

2. Use the time to do something meaningful.

Let me ask you: What are you doing to redeem the time you have in this season of waiting? Dean Koontz says, “We are not born to wait. We are born to do.” Many people say that keeping busy during a time of waiting is helpful. I would take that one step further…do something worthwhile and meaningful. We miss out on so much of life because we’re waiting for someday instead of making the most of today.

3. Let the waiting teach you about yourself.

Your character, attitude, and perspective are all shaped by the difficulties of life. They are also revealed. Waiting is hard. As you walk through it, try and reflect on your response to it. Are you growing or plateauing? How are you responding to other people? My hope is that I can walk through the waiting period with no regrets. I don’t want to look back and realize I was a jerk or insensitive because I didn’t know how to handle the waiting.

4. Focus your efforts toward the good of others.

Waiting can become a very self-focused activity. It’s easy to become frustrated or impatient. One of the best things you can do is to get your eyes and your efforts off yourself. The hard work of waiting is lessened when you spend your time helping others. Sometimes I’m waiting for someone or something I believe will make my life better. But a better use of your time might actually be doing something that will make someone else’s life better.

5. Trust that waiting will produce a more significant result than moving too quickly.

For me, this is a matter of faith. I trust that God has something in mind when I am in the process of waiting. I realize you may not share my perspective and I wouldn’t want to push my beliefs on you. But I can’t separate the idea that there are things at work in the midst of waiting that I won’t truly understand. I must trust that waiting (the right kind of waiting) will turn out for my good and that God is at work in the midst of that process.

I know, I know…waiting isn’t easy. Sometimes we wait too long and other times not long enough. No matter what you find yourself waiting for, I trust you’ll make the most of the little moments until the BIG moment finally arrives.

you sometimes feel worthless? Or, at times, have you been slighted or treated as though you were of little value?

Should we value some people more/less than others?
And how should we set a value upon each other?

How much does God care for us? And how much does He value us?

Matthew 10:29-31
Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father.
But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.

God cares for his creation (the sparrows in this case) so much! In fact not even one sparrow dies and falls on the ground without God noticing it. But to us sparrows seem so small and worthless, in fact in the Bible times two sparrows were sold for a farthing (less then one cent)!
If God values the sparrows so much, how much does He care for, and value us? Are not we of more value than many sparrows? Yes! In fact, God knows so much about us that even every hair on our head is numbered!

But how much are you and I truly worth? And what value should we place upon each other?

Often we’ll look at the work someone is doing, and if they’re doing a poor job, perhaps always making mistakes, then we view that person as of little value.
But is this the correct way of seeing value in someone?

In a friendship, if one person is not showing kindness, sympathy or love to the other, is it because they don’t really value or appreciate that person as they should?

Think about it, if we truly saw the value of people as God does, would we still treat each other the way we do?

What value does God place upon us? Remember the verse we read earlier.

“Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? And one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father.” Think of it, not one of these little brown sparrows that are caroling forth their praises to God will fall to the ground without the notice of the heavenly Father. Not one of these little brown sparrows that the boys so ruthlessly kill, drops to the ground but his eye marks its fall. “But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.” If God cares for a sparrow that has no soul, how will he care for the purchase of the blood of Christ? One soul is worth more than all the world. For one soul Jesus would have passed through the agony of Calvary that that one might be saved in his kingdom. “Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.”

And this is the key to seeing and understanding the value of you and me and all other people in the world, that is, to see our value in light of what Jesus did to save us!

Isaiah 13:12 I will make a man more precious than fine gold; even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir.

God says that he will make a man, that is you and me, more precious than fine gold! (Ophir was a place famous for its gold). And truly, when we look at the greatness of the price paid to save us it is much, much more precious than gold! So are we not of far greater value than anything in this world? , knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us. Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

You call me out upon the waters
The great unknown where feet may fail
And there I find You in the mystery
In oceans deep
My faith will stand

And I will call upon Your name
And keep my eyes above the waves
When oceans rise
My soul will rest in Your embrace
For I am Yours and You are mine

Your grace abounds in deepest waters
Your sovereign hand
Will be my guide
Where feet may fail and fear surrounds me
You’ve never failed and You won’t start now

So I will call upon Your name
And keep my eyes above the waves
When oceans rise
My soul will rest in Your embrace
For I am Yours and You are mine

Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders
Let me walk upon the waters
Wherever You would call me
Take me deeper than my feet could ever wander
And my faith will be made stronger
In the presence of my Savior

Oh, Jesus, you’re my God!

I will call upon Your name
Keep my eyes above the waves
My soul will rest in Your embrace
I am Yours and You are mine – Hillsong United

An Open Letter : To My Future Students, From your Future Ag Teacher

Dear Future Students,

Remember how people treat you and treat people good. You never know who will be your boss, and you’ll never know who will try and work for you.”

The point of this is, don’t ever let what people think of you harm you. Don’t adapt to having your feelings hurt. Let it change you. Change is good. Believe in yourself. You are you. There might be other people in this world but I am different. I know that people are going to judge me for the rest of my life. I want to stand out. I believe being myself is why I am happy, all the time. I know for a fact no one on this Earth has the same feelings, or even thinks the same. That is why this world is so determined to fight about everything. There is absolutely nothign wrong with being yourself.

Break out of your shell. Don’t be ashamed of the way you talk, laugh, sing, dance, walk, run, look, or think. Do what makes you happy. Be motivated at all times to do what YOU want. That is the only way you can be happy. Let your personality bloom. If it wasn’t for the rude things people said to me in junior high, I would have no motivation. I wouldn’t care about anything, I would have bad grades, I wouldn’t be in FFA, . I would be an outcast, someone who doesn’t care, and I’d let people walk all over me. I’m apart of the Largest youth Lead Organization in the Nation I know it sounds like a good idea right away But FFA accepts everyone and I have been blessed to be able to make a difference as a chapter FFA Officer for 4 years and it’s honestly been one of the life changing experiences I have had so I promise that who ever you are you will love it too.

When people talk about leadership, they don’t use the word “humility” very often. More likely, they describe a leader as strong or focused or ambitious. They would probably say the leader is confident or assertive. “Humble” may not ever come up, and if it does, it might not be used as a compliment.

But I believe humility is a character trait that every leader should value and develop. I define it as an everyday choice to credit God for our blessings and others for our successes. Humble leaders understand their place in light of God and others. It doesn’t mean that they devalue their own strengths, just that they acknowledge the areas where they need help. Rick Warren put it this way: “Humility is not denying your strengths. Humility is being honest about your weaknesses.”

We play the cards we are delt in life somtimes life anit always beatiful and if its not what we wish it would have been or is that only means its not a good card to play at that time in life if we don’t see the good in life that just means its a battle because  when you are where your called to be you still have good and bad cards to play so play the good ones. To my Future Blue Jacket  Wearing Students I’m So Excited to begin the Journey with you helping you zip up your Very First FFA Jacket… I Can’t wait to see all that my Future Students Accomplish in the next few years in Colorado  FFA  and in their lives in General I Can’t wait to  Stand by your Side Helping you all Grow into amazing beautiful Human Begins with the potential to be your Best and continue to grow into your FFA Jackets thank you My Future  Students for Everything you have done for me over the last year.. I Believe in you and Love you no matter if you make me feel mad or Get Upset with me  Because I  Just want to you know I’m here for you every step of the greatest Adventure of your life!!!!!!

As Little kids We Just cant Wait  to be Stronger, Braver and Smarter and Even Better than our own kingdom of Subjects Who will Host Us to the Top at the end of the song and bow as we make our own Path to Pride Rock. Depp Down There is always a Part of That wants to be king and we all keep on falling. From day one of our lives are hearts where  leading us on a path to  kingship but at the end of the Day  and at the end of the Journey. We Realize that all these Prizes and the Jewels we have been Collecting to put in our own Crowns are Really Just Junk in comparison to the joy that’s coming to us. What  if with every short fall life is telling us that we missed the Mark and that our Greatest Joy Comes by Faith.
It’s time you stop playing games for the  Cheap Prize and Treasure the Gift. You can’t hang Lessons you have learned on a wall I mean you can try but that would be pretty Difficult to Do. But what if our Goals and dreams we work hard to accomplish don’t  come True.

We Can Still Find The Joy in the Satisfaction of Knowing That You gave it your all but The Jacket or Award, Degree or Whatever it is Doesn’t Matter Because The Felling of Joy Doesn’t always last forever… And That’s When I Really Realized That even though I didn’t earn or even Deserve to be a State Officer this year I Still have the Chance to Make a difference in the lives of others through my Passion for Agriculture Education and FFA.
we’re prone to get caught up in ourselves. Sometimes we get so overwhelmed with self-doubt and fear that we think too much on our future, we think too much on what WE think we need in our lives to be happy that it makes us scared to just hand everything over to God and accept that maybe what we want isn’t in His plans for us. Most people have problems with these because they want to know the path that they are going. Its just like little kids are afraid of the dark, some people are worried about the unknown future. Yes the unknown everyone is Scared of it. We  ask ourselves is this apart of God’s plan for my life ? Maybe it is maybe it’s not ….. But I’ve come to a Conclusion You will Never Know if you never try , you see what ever you want to do in your life put God first and all other things will fall into there proper place. You see what happens when we trust God with our Future we Begin to Prosper and thrive like a tree planted by the water, its kind of like We’re like snowflakes.
Different, yet beautiful. In gods eyes . Our plans may not be what God wants us to do but like a broken limb of a tree our plans are not as perfect and flawless as his but there is a point Pretty but Broken plans and Hearts is what God uses for you to Thrive and Be yourself.
“Blessed is the one
who does not walk in step with the wicked
or stand in the way that sinners take
or sit in the company of mockers,
but whose delight is in the law of the Lord,
and who meditates on his law day and night.
That person is like a tree planted by streams of water,
which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither—
whatever they do prosper”
Be willing to take risks. Be prepared to fail. No-one achieved greatness by being timid. Be open to new challenges. Be flexible. When you’re open to experiencing everything life has to offer you’re opening yourself up to becoming a rock star. Resist the temptation to compare yourself to others. You are your own yardstick. Measure your success by your accomplishments; by achieving your goals and, most of all, true happiness. The pursuit of excellence and the journey to greatness are there for everyone—if you work at it long enough and hard enough.

Get started. Be Bold. Find your greatness. As one great writer said, “Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it.  Boldness has genius, power and magic in it.”We are all born with the potential for greatness. There are no exceptions. Yet most people realize less than 10% percent of their potential, while a small handful of others rise to extraordinary heights and become legends in their own rights. Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others

Achive Belive Dream :Tips to be a Goal achivever

If you want to succeed, you need to set goals. Without goals you lack focus and direction. Goal setting not only allows you to take control of your life’s direction; it also provides you a benchmark for determining whether you are actually succeeding. Think about it: Having a million dollars in the bank is only proof of success if one of your goals is to amass riches. If your goal is to practice acts of charity, then keeping the money for yourself is suddenly contrary to how you would define success.

To accomplish your goals, however, you need to know how to set them. You can’t simply say, “I want” and expect it to happen. Goal setting is a process that starts with careful consideration of what you want to achieve, and ends with a lot of hard work to actually do it. In between there are some very well defined steps that transcend the specifics of each goal.

it is important that they motivate you: this means making sure that they are important to you, and that there is value in achieving them. If you have little interest in the outcome, or they are irrelevant given the larger picture, then the chances of you putting in the work to make them happen are slim. Motivation is key to achieving goals.

Set goals that relate to the high priorities in your life. Without this type of focus, you can end up with far too many goals, leaving you too little time to devote to each one. Goal achievement requires commitment, so to maximize the likelihood of success, you need to feel a sense of urgency and have an “I must do this” attitude. When you don’t have this, you risk putting off what you need to do to make the goal a reality. This in turn leaves you feeling disappointed and frustrated with yourself, both of which are de-motivating. And you can end up in a very destructive “I can’t do anything or be successful at anything” frame of mind

Life is a dream, realize it.
Life is a challenge, meet it.
Life is a duty, complete it.
Life is a game, play it.
Life is a promise, fulfill it.
Life is sorrow, overcome it.
Life is a song, sing it.
Life is a struggle, accept it.
Life is a tragedy, confront it.
Life is an adventure, dare it.
Life is luck, make it.
Life is too precious, do not destroy it.
Life is life, fight for it. Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love. Do one thing every day that scares you

If you want to make a impact you have do one thing: you have got to get control of your time. Because time is your life if you dont learn how to use the time you have been given to the best of your abillty. If you cant use the time to impact others lives with your passion you wont go very far in your life.

“Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, 16 making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is”

We all have the same amount of time in a day :168 Hours but its what you do with it that makes a diffrence. You are only given so many days in the world and you dont use each day you have lost time.

You have stop and ask “is this is the best use of my time?

Please dont waste your Life and Dont settle for second best Dont go through life just existing but by living for the mission God has Granted you. That starts with the Question Is What im doing the best use of my Time and Effort ?

We all set goals constantly; some goals we are aware of, some not. Most people get through life without consciously setting goals. But they are missing out on so many opportunities!

Before we talk about how to systematically reach every goal you will ever set in your life, let’s look at 5 reasons why setting goals is so important:

1. Clarity

If you don’t set goals for your life, chances are you are living your life achieving someone else’s goals.  The saying, “If you don’t have a plan you will be part of someone else’s” is true.

When you are setting your goals it gives you clarity on what you ultimately want. It makes you crystallize and articulate your true desires. It ensures that you are focusing your time, energy and efforts on things that really matter to you.

2. Inner Drive

Your goals are a reflection of what motivates you in your life. When you set goals you are usually very connected with an inner source of motivation. Having set goals allows you to access the part in you that really motivates you. You can use your goals as a constant source of inspiration when things are not easy.

3. Focus

When you have clear goals, you are able to pinpoint your focus and attention. In that sense goals are different than a life purpose. A purpose gives you more of a broader framework from which you make your decisions. Goals on the other hand allow you to pinpoint your focus on what exactly to spend your time and energy on.

Most people spend a big portion of their days doing random activities – they respond to whatever gets thrown at them. These activities really do not matter in the larger scope of life, but if you don’t have your own goals you are not aware of that fact.

4. Accountability

Having goals makes you accountable. Rather than just talking about what you want and not taking concrete action; when you set goals you are now obligated to take action. Setting a specific goal gives you clarity on whether you are living up against what you committed yourself to do. This kind of accountability is accountability to yourself, not anyone else.

5. Be The Best You Can Be

Goals help you achieve your highest potential. Without goals, you operate by default in a way that makes you feel safe and comfortable. Operating from this place is the enemy of growth. It keeps you small, predictable and sluggish. It keeps you from becoming the best person you can be. It denies you from tapping into all that potential inside of you.

When you set goals you have a target to strive towards. These targets make you try new things, look at things from different perspectives, get out of the box, which puts you into growth mode. They make you stretch beyond your normal self and reach new heights.

5-Steps Goal Achievement Strategy

There are many reasons why people have difficulties achieving their goals. Some challenges occur when people have to change deeply ingrained routines and habits. Others occur when hidden beliefs manipulate your actions. But before you even get to that level of work, it is important that you operate within the right framework. You have to have a strategic plan.  It is difficult to accomplish anything without a strategic plan, whether it is loosing weight, growing your income, or launching a new product or service.

A powerful strategic plan that I want to share with you is the 5-step Goal Achievement Strategy. It is simple in its outline, yet it is mighty powerful. With this 5-step strategy, you will be able to achieve your most ambitious goals.  Motivation and determination can take you far, but they can only take you so far without a proper strategy to hold everything together.

The strategic approach to successful Goal Achievement consists of these 5 simple steps:

1.      Establish your goal

2.      Develop Key Strategies

3.      Create a Plan based on your Strategies

4.      Execution

5.      Review

Small STEPS To Big MILESTONES. A Endured Climb Outside of  Expectations

I Have Had To Fight Aginst Jugdgement From Day One Because Im Diffrently Abled and I Have Cerebal Palsy.

Please Hear Me Out. Life as a special needs person being a kid and young adult special needs I can  say that is very hard not only For The Person Living Life with What Many people See as a  Obstacle but to Us it’s Just Part of our Special Hearts our world is very judgemental of us.

Being a Premature Baby  myself that had to fight for her Life and Grow and Show those People who didn’t believe in Me that I Can Do All things through Christ who strengthens me and its honestly been nothing short of that . Over the past 19 years I’ve had probably more Surgery’s than anyone could ever imagine but through those Trials I’ve got to Experience and Learn more about myself and life lessons from myself and from others.  ever since I was born and got old enough to realize that something was different about me knowing that I am different at a young age was just hard because I used to think why can’t I do this or that but when you realize that you can do all the same things anyone else does just at a different level and Speed or a different way than others its honestly probably the best thing that has happened to me Now I’m sure we have all been picked on for being different but Cerebral palsy is nothing you can have control over you just have to live with it.

Even if you fall sometimes
You will have the strength to rise
We all face challenges in life whether it be a pshyical disability or just your average challenges times get rough it gets hard to think clearly our doubt and fear overrules us we all know we are imperfect in a special way but will we chose to rise above our challenge and live with our imperfections I realized that I had two choices. I could drown myself in self-pity and obsess about how imperfect things were, or I could live my life to the fullest and look at life for all that it was…imperfections and all.” Not that I have already obtained it or have already become perfect, but I press on so that I may lay hold of that for which also I was laid hold of by Christ Jesus. – My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.
1 Peter 4:10, NIV Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.
God doesn’t call the equipped, he equips the called. To one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one, to each according to his ability. Then he went away.” (ESV)
The Parable of the Talents

1 Corinthians 13:2 “And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not love, I am nothing.” ~ (KJV)

Romans 12:3-11
“For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith. For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.

Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith; or ministry, let us use it in our ministering; he who teaches, in teaching; he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.

Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good. Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another; not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord;”

This is definitely a hard topic for everyone of us but just understand that I also have a hard time remembering that I am perfect you see every girl catches themselves looking in the glass looking for something that they actually like about their apprence but you know what God Made you in his image there may  be things you don’t like about yourself but at least you have been given a life worth living. One time I watched the movie ” Facing the Giants ” In this movie The Football Team not only had to face a bunch of Giants but so did the Coach and his wife because of people in the Society not giving them a chance but they all fought their Giants. You see Everyday we have to Face the Giants called Society , every person in the world has these thoughts about how they are not worth it or they are too fat or not popular but you know what that doesn’t matter because the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look at his appearance or at his physical stature, because I have refused him. For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”

The world is filed with people who will point blank not like what you do who you are or what you want to do with your life but there are people who love you more than you could ever imagine, Don’t waste your time trying to convince people of your value because they may just not Care about the same things you care about…
After being Started at way to many times I Began to realise that maybe they are staring at me because not only am I different and don’t get me wrong different is good. But it maybe because they sit there asking themselves what am I complaining about that girl I just saw goes through somethings that I myself couldn’t without the grace of God , you see people are different from others and we all go through some tough times but if you keep Facing North you will see your life in a different perspective…
“There are four things which are little on the earth But they exceedingly wise : The ants are a People not strong yet they prepare their food in the summer , The rock badgers are a feeble flock , Yet they made their homes in the crags; The locusts have no king, yet they all advance in ranks; The spider skillfully grasps with its hands and is in kings palaces.” ~ Proverbs 30:24-28

brave! Carefully obey all the law my servant Moses charged you to keep! Do not swerve from it to the right or to the left, so that you may be successful in all you do. (Joshua 1:7)

May he grant your heart’s desire; may he bring all your plans to pass! (Psalm 20:4)

In the same way, let your light shine before people, so that they can see your good deeds and give honor to your Father in heaven. (Matthew 5:16) ”

When you come to the  end of your rope tie a knot and hold on to the big dreams and never let go of dreams worth  working toward” “The felling of defeat Is not worth the risk of not following your heart. Learn not on your own understanding but in all your uniqueness to be on the other side of the mountain.”

We often let our past scars dictate our Future and our true worth  but your true worth isn’t found in the mistakes of the past its  often found in the next Step

Every Girl needs To Know They are Worth It

you sometimes feel worthless?

How much Jesus loves us! Think about how Jesus, the great powerful Creator, became a man and walked among us, and then was crucified in the hands of those He had created!! And He did it because he loved and valued us so much, that He wanted to save us from our sins! So are we not of far greater value than anything in this world?

The worth of a human soul can be estimated only by the light reflected from the cross of Calvary. … It was the joy set before Christ in accomplishing so great salvation, that led him to submit to shame, agony, and death. How do all the treasures and the glories of earth sink into insignificance when compared with the value of a human soul!

Lets remember how much we are of value in God’s eyes! And remember to be kind and loving to all the people in this world because of what Jesus has done for us, and the great worth He has place on us all.

The price paid for an object establishes its value. In fact, every buyer subjectively attributes worth to his or her purchases, and the purchase price reveals the buyer’s personal opinion regarding the value of that purchase.  For some incomprehensibly gracious reason, and despite the fact that we are all hopelessly bruised by sin, God chose to make of us something infinitely more wonderful, His sons and daughters and His dwelling place, in order to change us into His likeness.  He doesn’t just declare us righteous, but He makes us righteous as well. And what is the purchase price God paid to accomplish his goal?  “The precious blood of Jesus, His Son.”  Yes, I know it sounds impossibly grandiose to say it, but by the price he paid, God has openly established our worth.  For when it came to our purchase price, God was more concerned about what He “redeemed” or purchased than what He spent.Man has been seeking to fill that empty void within himself that only God can fill.  Man has been seeking to find his value and worth in other things, such as job, title, status, material gain, looks, family members, relationships, etc.  Only Jesus can give you what you are hungering and thirsting for inside.  Like Jesus told the Samaritan woman at the well who was seeking value, worth and acceptance from men, “I am what you are hungering and thirsting for.”  Come unto me saith the Lord and I will in no wise cast you out.  I am that source of life that you are seeking.  You won’t find it in any other thing because I created the void and only I can fill it.

Jesus paid the same price for every human being and every human being is just as loved and valued in the eyes of God.  God is not a respecter of persons.  Let us come to the Lord and receive our Life, value and worth from Him because in Him is life and the life is the light of men.  You cannot be a light if you get your value and worth from some other source, like your works, title, degrees, status, etc.

If you believe that you are more loved or valued by God than others, or less loved and valued by God than others, then your belief system is based on you works, not the finished work of the cross.  This is an unbeliever, not a believer.  To believe in Jesus means that you put your faith and trust in His work, not yours.  God redeemed or purchased us, not because of what we are or what we are not.  He purchased us because of who HE IS and He is love.  Let us learn to see ourselves and others as God does and treat them and ourselves as someone that the God of the universe died to redeem or purchase.  That is how valuable you are and the price for you has already been paid.  You were worth the life of my Son, saith the Lord.  Now enter into My rest.  I love you.
For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? And not one of them is forgotten before God. Why, even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not; you are of more value than many sparrows. Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you. Complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others. Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, … For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned. Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

The world is filed with people who will point blank not like what you do who you are or what you want to do with your life but there are people who love you more than you could ever imagine, Don’t waste your time trying to convince people of your value.

Ifeel like in today’s society, we get so caught up in who we are & who we should be & how others perceive us. We let the wrong things encircle us & a lot of times we think that our circumstances define who we are & we will never get past what has happened to us. Well, sister frand, let me tell ya from experience, that’s a lose-lose situation & nobody comes out on top. We get these ideas in our head, especially us girls, until thoughts are spinning & we make ourselves sick. There’s a whole world fighting for our attention & screaming at us to follow it, &; we usually let the world win, amiright? We let the world tell us what we should like, who we should date, how we should dress… I could go on &; on &; on. Often times, it tells us that we aren’t good enough, we should do better, &; we will never be loved. Well, sister, I’ve got news for you.

You are not what you weigh.
You are not the number of likes / favorites / shares you get on Instagram, Twitter, & Facebook.
You are not the number of boys who text you. (lol, my number is at 0)
You are not the mistakes you’ve made or that horrible thing you did last summer.
You are not popularity or un-popularity.
You are not the best friend that stabbed you in the back.
You are not that crappy boyfriend you dated for years.
You are not that really bad choice you made.
You are not a failing test grade.
You are not rich, poor, tan, pale, fat, skinny.
You are not the mean things said about you.
You are not the mean things that you’ve said about others.
You are not your broken heart.
You are not the pageant titles, prom princess crowns, or homecoming queens.
You are not scoring the winning goal in the biggest game of the year.
You are not a mean comment on your blog post.
You are not what this world is telling you that you are, sweet girl, & I wish you would believe me.

You, my dear, are a daughter of the King.
You are loved & cared for so deeply by someone who died to give you life.
You are beautiful, so so beautiful.
You are chosen.
You are a princess.
You are so highly thought of by someone who matters.
You are fearfully & wonderfully made.
You are uniquely created by the Master & Perfecter of all things.
You are adored by a Heavenly Father who would never leave you.
You are crazy.
You are wild.
You are spunky.
You are spontaneous.
You are passionate.
You are funny.
You are creative.
You are more.
You are worth it.
You are ENOUGH.

Honey, if you continue to let the things of this world dictate who you are, you’re going to continue spinning & swirling around & around the drain until you land in a big pile of poo. If we were talking face-to-face right now, I would grab you by the shoulders, look you right in the face, & say “Sister, you know what the truth is & if you don’t, I will be glad to remind you. But it’s time for you to start believing what God tells you instead of listening to the world.” You are so much more than the lies you are filling our heads with. You are who God says you are. Nothing else matters. Believe that.

Much love,

From A girl who knows every Girl Matters ♡♡♡

Your  Plans arent always right for that moment

Here” was not part of your plan.

“Here” is no where to be seen written down in your schedule.

“Here” is not the destination you planned to reach.

“Here” was not the road you planned to travel on.

Yet “here” is exactly where you are.

Not by accident.

Not by mistake.

Not by coincidence.

But by the perfect will of God.

I have to confess… sometimes I doubt that where I’m at is where God wants me to be. Sometimes I think I must have taken a wrong turn somewhere. Sometimes I think that “here” is a big mistake that I somehow need to correct.

Often times I find myself questioning God about my “here” and when I do God continually reminds me: “here” is right where I need to be even if it makes absolutely no sense in my mind.

And in that confusing, sometimes dark, and usually uncertain place of “here” is the perfect place for God to work in your life.

Our situations are always different from others but we all go through it at some point.  Now my situation involves my Future in FFA expessally with this being my last year in a Highschool Ag Class and FFA I’ve set a huge short term Goal and Dream yes its really Challenging  and rewarding experience that is Called the State Officer Candaite process  but God has put me in such a situation where he knows that I can grow trough this process and so much more than I ever expected to happen! Now I know your dreams maybe different from mine wethier it involes Agriculture or not just know that God has a plan for the Situation you are in at the moment.
It’s honestly hard to believe that I’m even able  to go through this process in the first place because I was born 24 & a Half weeks early and only weighed One pound and seven ounces and have a pshyical Disability called Cerebral palsy or for short (CP) I know its probably really sad news for some of you but its not for me its both a miracle and a blessing. Now we all know that life would be easier if we didn’t have limitations  on what we can or cannot  accomplish. Here is another point: life is not intended to be easy its supposed to be hard for many reasons unknown but its always a Beautiful Ride!!

God knows you question your courage
And some days I can’t walk for stumbling
If we could only see what we’re becoming

If you have a dream, don’t just sit there. Gather courage to believe that you can succeed and leave no stone unturned to make it a reality” Never give up Go all out and live the life you Imagined Be Whatever you want to be not what the world wants you to be ”

So Just Do It and just keep on dreaming.

Everyone has different Dreams and goals and that’s part of your amazing beautiful journey in Life  I Wanted to be a neonatal Nurse because I  had to go through the Same Thing Most Premature Little Babies and I  Love  Babies But That was before I Got Involved in the National FFA Organization. You see Each of us have different Ideas on what we Want To be Or Who we Want to become. But
Believe while others are doubting. Plan while others are playing. Study while others are sleeping. Decide while others are delaying. Prepare while others are daydreaming. Begin while others are procrastinating. Work while others are wishing. Save while others are wasting. Listen while others are talking. Smile while others are frowning. Commend while others are criticizing. Persist while others are quitting.
Here is my definition of a dream : a dream is an inspiring picture of the future that energizes your mind, will, and emotions, empowering you to do everything you can to achieve it.

I know you have a dream its time to start acting on it and tell yourself its my destiny I’m in charge of it I’m in charge of it  well only sometimes happiness doesn’t always come in a small package sometimes it comes when you figure out you  should climb that mountain and never look back.

So with that being Said God Has a Plan for us Even in the Times of Trial we Just have to wait and Listen because Gods will for your life will always be reviled at the Proper moment.

I completly began to realise more about gods plans for my life a few months ago when i attended my last Colorado FFA State Convention where i made my  first run for a State office. I had a wonderful Time with 24 amazing indviuals but only 10 of the 24 found out gods will for thier own lives 14 of us Found out that Being a State FFA Officer Wasnt Part of Gods Will for our lives at that moment in time.

So I Guess What im saying is that Gods Plans are Better Than Our own. Look at it this way:

Paul came to Derbe and then to Lystra, where a disciple named Timothy lived, whose mother was Jewish and a believer but whose father was a Greek.  The believers at Lystra and Iconium spoke well of him.  Paul wanted to take him along on the journey, so he circumcised him because of the Jews who lived in that area, for they all knew that his father was a Greek.  As they traveled from town to town, they delivered the decisions reached by the apostles and elders in Jerusalem for the people to obey.  So the churches were strengthened in the faith and grew daily in numbers.

Paul and his companions traveled throughout the region of Phrygia and Galatia, having been kept by the Holy Spirit from preaching the word in the province of Asia.  When they came to the border of Mysia, they tried to enter Bithynia, but the Spirit of Jesus would not allow them to.  So they passed by Mysia and went down to Troas. During the night Paul had a vision of a man of Macedonia standing and begging him, “Come over to Macedonia and help us.”  After Paul had seen the vision, we got ready at once to leave for Macedonia, concluding that God had called us to preach the gospel to them.

From Troas we put out to sea and sailed straight for Samothrace, and the next day we went on to Neapolis. From there we traveled to Philippi, a Roman colony and the leading city of that district of Macedonia. And we stayed there several days.

On the Sabbath we went outside the city gate to the river, where we expected to find a place of prayer. We sat down and began to speak to the women who had gathered there.  One of those listening was a woman from the city of Thyatira named Lydia, a dealer in purple cloth. She was a worshiper of God. The Lord opened her heart to respond to Paul’s message. When she and the members of her household were baptized, she invited us to her home. “If you consider me a believer in the Lord,” she said, “come and stay at my house.” And she persuaded us.

Once when we were going to the place of prayer, we were met by a female slave who had a spirit by which she predicted the future. She earned a great deal of money for her owners by fortune-telling. She followed Paul and the rest of us, shouting, “These men are servants of the Most High God, who are telling you the way to be saved.” 18 She kept this up for many days. Finally Paul became so annoyed that he turned around and said to the spirit, “In the name of Jesus Christ I command you to come out of her!” At that moment the spirit left her.

When her owners realized that their hope of making money was gone, they seized Paul and Silas and draggedthem into the marketplace to face the authorities. 20 They brought them before the magistrates and said, “These men are Jews, and are throwing our city into an uproar 21 by advocating customs unlawful for us Romans to accept or practice.”

The crowd joined in the attack against Paul and Silas, and the magistrates ordered them to be stripped and beaten with rods. 23 After they had been severely flogged, they were thrown into prison, and the jailerwas commanded to guard them carefully. 24 When he received these orders, he put them in the inner cell and fastened their feet in the stocks.

About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was such a violent earthquake that the foundations of the prison were shaken. At once all the prison doors flew open, and everyone’s chains came loose. The jailer woke up, and when he saw the prison doors open, he drew his sword and was about to kill himself because he thought the prisoners had escaped. But Paul shouted, “Don’t harm yourself! We are all here!”

The jailer called for lights, rushed in and fell trembling before Paul and Silas. 30 He then brought them out and asked, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”

They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.”  Then they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all the others in his house. At that hour of the night the jailer took them and washed their wounds; then immediately he and all his household were baptized.  The jailer brought them into his house and set a meal before them; he was filled with joy because he had come to believe in God—he and his whole household.

When it was daylight, the magistrates sent their officers to the jailer with the order: “Release those men.”  The jailer told Paul, “The magistrates have ordered that you and Silas be released. Now you can leave. Go in peace.”

But Paul said to the officers: “They beat us publicly without a trial, even though we are Roman citizens, and threw us into prison. And now do they want to get rid of us quietly? No! Let them come themselves and escort us out.”

The officers reported this to the magistrates, and when they heard that Paul and Silas were Roman citizens, they were alarmed.  They came to appease them and escorted them from the prison, requesting them to leave the city.  After Paul and Silas came out of the prison, they went to Lydia’s house, where they met with the brothers and sisters and encouraged them. Then they left.

Just as Paul Silaus and Timothy did they listend to Gods Will and obeyed and followed it even when they didnt think that God Had a Plan for Them.

You see Even though I didnt Understand Why I didnt have the oppertuinty to Serve Colorado as a State Officer of Colorado FFA this year. And im Greatful That i Didnt get elected because about a week later God Blessed me with a Internship and a Agriculture Related one for a Fact It Defiently was Worth Following That Part of Gods will for my life.

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me,

On The Other Side Of The Ag Shop… As a Future Ag Teacher!!

They end up giving up what they love to do because it seems “irresponsible”!
I have done this numerous times with music and drumming. I start playing in a band, and when things get serious the band falls by the wayside and I move toward the practical next step. Hence why I have two graduate degrees; it seemed like the practical thing to do.
Is that the best reason to make a decision though? It’s your choice. Will you choose joy and passion or practicality? (There is probably a happy medium in there somewhere)

2. People won’t understand my dream
Your dream is personal, that is why it was given to you. You can’t expect other people to really understand what it means to you or how it makes you feel.
Nor can you expect people to necessarily support it. There will be people who encourage you and people who doubt you. Take the advice of a dreamer like Dr. Suess and realize that, “those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.”
There is a point where we must stop asking permission to follow our bliss and just do it! If it makes you feel good, don’t worry about what other people say. We all have a dream for a reason; we are meant to follow it!
“By trying, you may fail others. By not, you fail yourself.” – Unknown
3. I’m not clear how it will happen
I think uncertainty has always been a deterring major factor in my life. It goes back to practicality. If there isn’t a clear plan and blueprint for how to do something it’s easy to brush it off as a pie-in-the-sky dream that’s too difficult.
Sometimes we know what needs to done but we will rarely know exactly how it will happen. There are so many possibilities, and one quality of a dreamer or visionary is a willingness to see possibilities or potential where no one else does. A little bit of crazy actually makes life pretty interesting!
“So many of our dreams at first seem impossible, then seem improbable, and then, when we summon the will, they soon seem inevitable.” – Christopher Reeve
4. My dream isn’t safe and secure
I’m sure there are many people out there who would take a big leap to make their desires a reality but they have too much to risk. They have a mortgage and family, or they have a retirement plan that they don’t want to jeopardize.
This is certainly a common reality. When it comes down to it, reaching for our dream doesn’t have to completely risk our sense of security though. There are calculated risks we can take. It doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing. There is most likely a way you can work toward your dream while maintaining the safety you currently possess. Get creative!
5. I’m too old, too young, etc.
There are countless limiting beliefs that can get in the way of you going for your dreams. You may believe you’re too old, too young, too ugly, not experienced enough or talented enough.
Whatever your limiting belief might be, realize that there is an example out there of someone in a very similar situation who pushed through these negative beliefs or circumstances to make their dreams a reality. Don’t let life get you down! Don’t get jaded! It’s never too late or too soon to start taking steps toward what you desire.
“Don’t say you don’t have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Louis Pasteur, Michelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson and Albert Einstein.” – H. Jackson Brown, Jr.
Where would we be without dreamers?
Dreams aren’t crazy; they are the realm of all great and amazing figures in history. Dreams are what allow us to really live a full and meaningful life!
We need dreamers to inspire the world! And you need dreams to live an inspired life!
You have to dare to dream in this world! Yes you!1
When was the last time you were willing to dream?
I’m not referring to dreams outside of the realm of possibility. I’m referring to the dreams that you know could be a reality and that set your heart on fire; the things that have always excited you!
“Life is a daring adventure or nothing.” – Helen Keller
Don’t settle for a quiet life of desperation!
Don’t let one of these thoughts consume  you from reclaiming what you’re meant to pursue!
Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, 16 making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind. For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.

I have always believed that Leadership is not about the title you receive its not about Personal gain  its about the FFA Members who look up to you  its for the betterment of others.

It’s not about personal gain and you are probably going to be asking why not ?

Leadership should be about leading.  Not personal gain

A leader is one who leads others for the good or bad of things. The bad would be if someone thought  more for themsleves.  To get my point across Humble Leaders don’t think about themselves they think about the people they are leading.

Why is not about personal Gain that’s because When your A leader of Your FFA Chapter or State Asscossation nothing is for your  personal Gain You don’t use your experience or the work I or me in it.  leadership isn’t about personal gain, because leaders are focused on giving back. Leaders serve others, and leaders find more satisfaction in giving back than they do gaining.

Leadership is not about personal gain but can be when you get to see people grow to also be great leaders.

80 Years inside Agriculture Education

All Know How Diverse Agriculture is in the United States and around the world , Agriculture is diverse and so is our world. Especially with all of what is happening around us, The number of farms in the United States has grown 4 percent and the operators of those farms have become more diverse in the past five years, according to results of the 2007 Census of Agriculture by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Agricultural Statistics Service .

Agricultural Education is the teaching of agriculture, natural resources, and land management through hands on experience and guidance to prepare students for entry level jobs or to further education to prepare them for advanced agricultural jobs. Classes that may be taught in an agricultural education curriculum include turf grass management, , small animal care, machine and shop classes, health and nutrition, and biology courses, etc. Agricultural education can be taught at the elementary level, middle school level, secondary, post secondary and adult levels. Vocational agriculture trains people for jobs in such areas as production, marketing , and conservation.

80 years ago, The National Vocational Education Act of 1917 was created as an act that United States Congress promoted so vocational agriculture could train people “who have entered upon or who are preparing to enter the Agriculture Industry This act is also more Commenly know as The Smith- Hughes Act.

Agriculture Education and Agriculture Educators as well as FFA Advisors are Vital.

We Teach Your Kids about the most Valuable Resource and Industry.

. I ended up however in an organization that not only had a place for me, but allowed me to grow, learn, and become the person I am today. I Definitely Was in for the Best Adventure of my life and That’s what life is about

People think that we Should be doing something else that involves more Money but I’m sorry to rain on your Parade but We Don’t do What we Do or Major in Somthing just for the Income. We Do it Because We Care And Love Agriculture and FFA not Because it’s Something that we were forced into.

There was just something really special about the Love and Passion I felt when I had my first Ag Class as a Freshman and that passion has grown in me over the last 4 years Even before I knew what FFA Was I knew I could make a difference and An Impact on FFA Members lives across the State and Nation. But I never dreamed about Becoming an Ag Teacher until the first time I made a difference in an FFA Members life , Sometimes they don’t even need to tell you that you made a difference in their lives , Sometimes you can just fell it in your Heart or by the smile they Show right after you Just talked to them about Agriculture or FFA or maybe you just gave them a little bit of a push to go for everything they ever Dreamed of and that one push changed their life and maybe even gave them a little bit of inspiration to go all out and inspire others to dream more .

FFA makes a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.

I think it’s critical for every state to have some sort of program set up to educate people about agriculture. In Colorado, and coupled with various other organizations, Agriculture Education fills that need.

It is important  that people understand the  industry of agriculture and that they are exposed to its inner workings. It is widely known that young people are more impressionable, are in a time of their lives where education is a pillar, and are seeking information to explain the world around them.

Every State  provides agriculture to a great deal of the world. By educating students about an industry that feeds them, as well as millions of other people, educators can help young adults understand the massive impact one industry can have in the world!

We are feeding the minds that will later feed the world!
I have grown up in A rural Community for 19 years and decided to Join FFA my Freshman year and to my surprise Agriculture Education is a Significant part of  most Colorado High schools and Highschools across the Nation. Agriculture Education plays a vital part in our Future and lives. Without Classes that teach us the important parts of American Agriculture no one would know what or where their Food and Everything in between comes from or is made of
Agriculture: the science or practice of farming, including cultivation of the soil for the growing of crops and the rearing of animals to provide food, wool, and other products. They need people, future employees and business owners, to go into agriculture in order to sustain our economy  I’ve never heard people say that they don’t want to Spend a little bit of money on no ordnariy Jacket  but A FFA  Jacket a Symbol of pride and Tradition for 80 year what a wonderful way to go out on a limb and discover what you are Passionate about than in the FFA. If it wasn’t for the Smith Huges act there would be no  Agriculture Education there would be no FFA.

“Be bold, be brave and don’t be afraid. Only you can determine how far you will go! It’s because we often mistake our passion as just passion and not passion for service”
